Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

2. Acceptable Use

xReverseLabs' tools are built for lawful security research, OSINT analysis, and due-diligence work. You agree that you will not use the Service to:

• Gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or network you do not own or have explicit permission to test.
• Harass, stalk, dox, or otherwise cause harm to any individual using information obtained through the Service.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Circumvent rate limits, plan quotas, or authentication mechanisms of the Service itself.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of any data or output obtained through the Service complies with applicable law, including data protection and computer-misuse legislation in your jurisdiction and the target's jurisdiction.

3. Plans, Billing & Payments

• Current plans and pricing are listed on our Pricing page and may change from time to time.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways (Midtrans, Cryptomus). We do not store your full payment card or wallet credentials.
• Paid plans are activated via a redeem code generated after a successful, verified payment.
• Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, fees are non-refundable once a plan has been activated or redeemed.
• We reserve the right to change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice.

4. API Usage

• API access is subject to the request-per-day limit associated with your plan.
• API keys are personal to your account and must not be shared or exposed publicly.
• We may throttle, suspend, or revoke API access that we reasonably believe is being abused.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by xReverseLabs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service. Where a specific tool or component is released under an open-source license (e.g. via our GitHub), the terms of that license apply to that component.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in abusive or illegal activity, or posed a security risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that results returned by our OSINT tools are complete, accurate, or up to date, as they depend on third-party public data sources outside of our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, xReverseLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any decisions made based on data returned by our tools. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.
