These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of xReverseLabs' website, tools, and API (the "Service"), operated by the xReverseLabs team. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of any data or output obtained through the Service complies with applicable law, including data protection and computer-misuse legislation in your jurisdiction and the target's jurisdiction.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by xReverseLabs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service. Where a specific tool or component is released under an open-source license (e.g. via our GitHub), the terms of that license apply to that component.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in abusive or illegal activity, or posed a security risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that results returned by our OSINT tools are complete, accurate, or up to date, as they depend on third-party public data sources outside of our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, xReverseLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any decisions made based on data returned by our tools. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.
